Giving Blood is giving the gift of life...

One of the best parts of being a member of Vermilion Lions Club is the opportunity not only to serve, but to be informed. At the February 15th meeting of the club it was no different as our guest speaker Sandara Prochaska from American Red Cross told the club of the critical need for blood in the community.

Sandra spoke on the various ways to donate blood and the opportunity for the Vermilion Lions Club to sponsor local blood drives at Ritter public Library.

The Vermilion Lions will start with the Blood Drive for April 18th, so drink plenty of fluids and join us this spring in giving the greatest gift of all, life.
